I'm interested in long term changes in animal behaviour as a consequence of ecological or environmental change.
To study this, My group uses geochemical techniques to infer aspects of animal behaviour in modern and ancient (mainly marine) ecosystems.
I am also very interested in biomineralisation and post mortem change in biomineralised tissues
