My research interests are in the areas of Implementation Intentions; Goals, Behavioural Intentions, and Planning; Commitment and Volition; Prospective Memory; Human Memory and Cognitive Performance; Attention and Executive Processes; Ageing and Cognitively/Attention Impaired Groups; Nutrition Applied to Cognition; and Behavioural Change in Health Settings.

I have expertise using Behavioural Techniques and have used Electrophysiological Techniques (skin conductance and heart rate measuring) in the past. I would like to use Neuroimaging Techniques in the near future.
